Halloween has now caught up on Filipinos, and has become a
long-awaited occasion especially for parents who are always on the lookout for
an excuse to dress up their child.
It helps that there are now a variety of costumes for sale
compared to 10 or even five years ago. And you don't need to break the bank to
buy them.
